Reservation Policy


Check-In 3:00pm Check-Out 10:00am.  Late check-out available.  Check-out request beyond 1:00pm $25 charge may apply.

Minimum 2 nights bookings from June 15 to September 15 (minimum 5 nights bookings in cottages in July and August).

Year round minimum 2 nights bookings on weekends. Call for exceptions; Premium Rate will apply. See Rates Schedule.

Please note: Friday and Saturday rates are applied to Sunday on holiday weekends.

Please be aware that our units are designed to accommodate the number of people per unit as listed with the rates.  While casual drop-bys are OK, the use of the cottage for partying with groups of people not registered as guests of the Anchorage over taxes the facilities.  Additional charges will apply.

 

Deposits & Cancellation Policy


Bookings of 3 days or more require 25% deposit (includes non-refundable booking fee) and a minimum of one months notice of cancellation.

Bookings of 1 and 2 days require 50% deposit (includes non-refundable booking fee) and one weeks notice of cancellation.

Please note that the only valid and accepted cancellation of your reservation is by email confirmation,  cancellations by phone and/or voice mail are not accepted.  If notices do not fall within the required time frame, your account may be charged for balance of nights left vacant. We strongly recommend to all our guests to obtain an independent (travel) cancellation insurance to protect their monetary investment, in the event they have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond their control. Please note the arrival and departure dates on your reservation confirmation. These are the dates you will be charged for. The remaining balance of your reservation will be processed upon of your arrival, please let us know in advance if you intend to pay differently than the credit card on file
